Regarding Marilyn Hickey and Sarah Bowling... Today (2/01/05) on their TV program, Ms . Bowling
had several steps to being "corrupted for Jesus" - that is an insult and slam to Jesus Christ! I can not
believe she used the word corrupt in connection with my Lord and Savior! I am so thankful I have
found
your website On Doctrine... it has helped me tremendously!!! THANK GOD for your discernment and
for doing the research for people like me.

Thanks for the articles exposing the contradictions of some very successful evangelists".
I'm a sincere Christian & want to know the truth no matter how inconvenient; and it's
scary how many preachers are out there preaching what people want to hear, and what will
make them rich instead of the truth. But I'm glad to have a place to come that has no monetary interest
in telling fables.

I heartily agree with the answer given to question 13 in the faq section
on Mt. 7:1-5. Christians are called to be discerning and not to call evil good or to call good evil. This is
one of the ways Scripture is profitable for us. I would nave welcomed the inclusion of the two areas of
our life in this world that God has granted judgement, the civil government and church elders. This
judgement is not one of condemnation to hell as humans cannot judge the heart but we can see the
manifestation of evil behaviour. I like your site.

I just needed to say thank you for the exposing of religious scam artists you do on your site. I came
here researching someone who sent me a letter that stated if I didn't send the "religious" organization
money,
that God would not bestow His blessings on me, nor my family. The funny thing is, God has blessed me
all my
life, without my needs to go into debt to pay Him. I still wonder how people like
Benny Hinn, Oral Roberts,
the Crouchs, and another other greed-obsessed evangelists can sleep at
night,
knowing what they have done to the desperate, the infirm, and the destitute multitudes who flock to
them,
begging for a miracle. So, thank you,
in the humble way that you seek out the truth, and in the way you calmly correct those who belittle your
efforts
without any truth behind their accusations.

I just want to say a big THABK YOU to Mr Hand for his writings and publishing this site. I started out
my Christianity in the Word of Faith movement. I can honestly say I did learn a lot of useful things there
but I discovered that the much of the basic foundation is corrupt. It took me some 12 years to discover
that I was chasing weapons of spiritual mass destruction. Till this day I am still revovering from some of
the aberrant doctrine and stupidity I spent years professing. I'd personally recommend this site top any
Chritian interested in discernment. Ths site has answered some issues I had questions and exposed
many
dubious claims being made 'in the name of Jesus.'
Kudos to you.
PS I have bookmarded this site and will continue to check for updates.

I don't know how exactly, it was that I found your website this evening. But I thank the Lord for leading
me here.
I have been born-again, for 13 years and as I have grown in the Lord and my eyes opened even more
as to the Truth, I must admit that it saddens me greatly, the lies and snares of the enemy, people choose
to believe (ie: false teachers, false prophets, heretics). It seems so much of the world now, wants to
have their ears tickled and to sit thru whichever service, feeling good about themselves and the mess of
their lives. There is no Truth preached in so many of these churches anymore. People go to have their
backs patted, to be told they are okay, no matter the mess of their souls, to write their checks, and to
go on with their day, in the same manner which they have been going....down that wide path that leads
to eternal torment.
So many times, I have cried out to God, so saddened and angered by this world of luke warm (or ice
cold) christians and all these self-congratulatory, boastful 'preachers', who spin their webs of deceit and
lead more undiscerning souls to slaughter. So many can talk the talk, but so few can or are willing, to
actually walk the walk as well. How they seem to love, grandstanding for others to see. I've often
wondered, "Doesn't anyone know the Truth?" "Doesn't anyone care to know the Truth?"
Then I found your site, and I have to again thank the Lord. I know now, I have a true brother or sister
in Faith, who is not fooled by the trickery of the enemy, whose eyes and ears are open to the beautiful
Truth of the Gospel, and (I pray) will continue to speak the truth. Reading your site has been a great
blessing to me, and I will send people here, that they too may learn and be blessed, as I have.
You will remain in my prayers, and also, I pray that the seed you have planted within this ministry, will
flourish, and many will be brought to the place of true repentance.
Continue to fight the good fight. Until I see you in Heaven.....

Gary: WOW! You really hit Richard Roberts right between the eyes!!
He's talking about it on his show... so you must be having quite an impact!
Congratulations for having the guts to tell others the truth about his ministry!
He teaches a "What's in it for me?" gospel.
I'm so amazed at how few times Jesus Christ is mentioned. In fact he only mentions Jesus at the
end of a request as some sort of guarantee that whatever he asks for he'll get.
I watch his show because I enjoy the music - but the ministry in my view is immature and shallow.
Sure he mentions God all the time but what about "Christ in you the hope of glory"? If he lifted up the
name of Christ - if he preached Christ and Him only - it would transform his ministry.
His wife has made many statements that are rediculous. She mentioned once that, after his crucifiction,
Christ left all our sin in hell so that he would be clean enough to return to God. This is a cult teaching that
sounds a lot like the Seventh Day Adventists.
Keep up the good work - and don't be intimidated!
